1. Vietnamese Student Intern: Full-time or Part-time

(1) Job requirements

– Students from Law Universities, National University of Vietnam or Hanoi University and University of Language & International Studies Hanoi (Major in English/Korean/Law).

– Capable of working quickly and accurately under pressure to successfully meet required deadlines.

– Working diligently and responsibly, thinking creatively.

– Strong computer skills, including detailed knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

– Good communication skills.

– English or Korean Fluency.

 

(2) Job Description

– Conduct legal & market research

– Greet and guide visitors; arrange for appointments, business trips, meetings.

– Prepare mails, emails response relating to administrative tasks.

– Facsimile, scan and make a copy of documents upon requests.

– Assist to draft contracts, agreements and other legal documents.

– Prepare and translate application dossiers and documents.

– Enter contacts, information of clients, corporates to file and arrange business cards.

– Pick up & submit dossiers upon requests.

2. Vietnamese Licensed Lawyer: Full-time

(1) Job requirements

– Graduates from Law Universities or Law Faculty of National University of Vietnam;

– Licensed or be eligible to take a bar exam if not yet licensed;

– Capable of working quickly and accurately under pressure to successfully meet required deadlines;

– Working diligently and responsibly;

– Thinking creatively with problem-solving skills;

– Work closely with other lawyers and clients;

– Multitasking skills;

– Strong computer skills, including detailed knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;

– Good communication skills;

– English or Korean Fluency.

 

(2) Job Description

– Research laws and provide advice on various business issues in various areas of the laws such as civil law, corporate law, investment law, labor law, land law, construction law, business real estate law, Intellectual Property law, tax and banking law, etc;

– Draft application dossiers to apply for investment registration certificate, enterprise registration certificate and other licenses upon clients’ demand;

– Draft contracts, agreements and other legal documents;

– Draft consulting opinions, M&A due diligent reports and other legal forms;

– Prepare and translate application dossiers and documents;

– Participate in negotiations and meetings with clients;

– Conduct administrative affairs and other tasks required by the company.

 

(3) Recruitment process:

Written test (60~90 minutes) → Screening Interview (10 minutes) → Final Interview (30~45 minutes)

3. Administrative Staff: Full-time

(1) Job requirements

– Capable of working quickly and accurately under pressure to successfully meet required deadlines;

– Working diligently and responsibly;

– Thinking creatively with problem-solving skills;

– Work closely with other lawyers and clients;

– Multitasking skills;

– Strong computer skills, including detailed knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;

– Good communication skills;

– English or Korean Fluency.

 

(2) Job Description

– Greeting and directing visitors;
– Answering the telephone and routing calls;
– Performing miscellaneous administrative work, such as ordering office supplies and water, faxing, copying, etc.;
– Preparing VAT invoice & managing petty cash;

– Assisting staff members as needed.

– Problem-solving skills, work closely with others, multitasking skills

 

(3) Recruitment process:

Written test (30~60 minutes) → Screening Interview (10 minutes) → Final Interview (30~45 minutes)
